Samir C. Patel

Samir Patel’s legal practice focuses on commercial real estate matters, real estate finance, general corporate and partnership law, and SBA and CMBS (Conduit) financing. He provides counsel to clients of the firm engaged in acquisition, development and management of hotels, gas stations, shopping centers, industrial facilities, and restaurants. Samir represents investors in structuring and closing sales/purchases for a variety of different types of businesses. He also represents lending institutions in real estate based loan transactions including SBA loans.

In addition to real estate and corporate law experience, Samir also has experience with franchising, leasing and business litigation matters.

Samir has been involved in the hotel and franchise industry for more than a decade. Through his family’s hotel business he has experienced all aspects of hotel operations. He has assisted his family in successfully developing, managing, and operating several franchised hotels in the Southeast. This experience helped shape Samir’s insightful perspective with hoteliers and other small business owners.
