Chris Ferguson is an associate with KPPB LAW’s litigation team. He supports Roy Banerjee, partner/co-founder of KPPB LAW, and the litigation practice’s strategic approach to litigation and dispute matters for business clients.
Before joining KPPB LAW in 2023, Chris served as a corporate counsel extern with Grady Health System in Atlanta. His role focused on legal research and analysis concerning the health system’s internal policies. Chris previously served as a judicial extern in the chambers of the Honorable Chief Judge Jeffrey B. Hanson with the State Court of Bibb County in Georgia. As a law student, Chris gained valuable experience interning with both a multinational corporation and a well-known litigation defense firm in Atlanta.
Chris earned his law degree with honors from Mercer University School of Law, where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi Honor Society, an Executive Board Member of the Black Law Students Association, a member of Mercer Law’s Nationally-Ranked Mock Trial Team, and a Mentor for Mercer’s Peer Mentor Program. While earning his bachelor’s degree in political science (with honors) from the University of Georgia, Chris was a Presidential Scholar and served as a member of the University Judiciary.
Born and raised in Georgia, Chris has served as a church pianist for nearly a decade and enjoys traveling with friends and family. Chris is based in the Atlanta office of KPPB LAW.
