Nichole Roche

Nichole Roche is a partner with KPPB LAW’s commercial real estate practice. She has extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions. She represents multiple lending institutions in various types of loans, including Small Business Administration (SBA) 7(a) loans, 504 loans, USDA loans and conventional loans. Nichole also represents clients in various types of real estate transactions including purchasing, refinancing, leasing, development and management.

Before joining KPPB LAW in 2014, Nichole served as a closing attorney with O’Kelley & Sorohan and a staff attorney with Page Perry, LLC. She is currently serving on the board of directors with Georgia Lenders Quality Circle. Nichole earned her law degree from Georgia State University College of Law and her undergraduate degree in business from Mercer University, where she was a member of Mercer’s Division 1 women’s golf team. She is based in the Atlanta office of KPPB LAW.
