Congratulations to KPPB LAW’s Corporate Law team in New York City & Atlanta for advising CARYSIL Limited (through its wholly owned subsidiary Acrysil USA Inc.) in its acquisition of Virginia-based United Granite LLC. Attorneys Raj R. Mahale and Abby Smith with paralegal Jacqueline Ward led the legal advisory and services related to the acquisition, which is expected to close before the end of 2023. The acquisition represents Carysil Limited’s continued market expansion in North America by gaining added technology related to the kitchen top fabrication of hard surfaces for retail, residential and commercial organizations.
