Saeed, KPPB LAW’s DEI Strategic Counseling Partner, at their headquarters near Chicago last week! Asker had the opportunity to connect with WGA/ESF leadership to discuss the evolving landscape of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). He also led a training session with staff about Bystander Intervention, a proactive approach to conflict resolution that helps cultivate a more inclusive and respectful workplace for all. We love working with organizations like the WGA/ESF that are committed to creating a culture where everyone feels valued. Fun fact about the WGA/ESF: Founded in 1899, the WGA is celebrating its 125th anniversary this year. In addition to conducting six national championships for professional and amateur golfers, the WGA also oversees the Evans Scholars Foundation, which has sent more than 12,000 deserving caddies to college on full tuition and housing scholarships since 1930.
