Western Golf Association/Evans Scholars Foundation & KPPB LAW Team Up for DEI Training
Date: October 11, 2024
A big thank you to Lindsay Dresser and the leadership team at the Western Golf Association/Evans Scholars Foundation (WGA/ESF) for hosting Asker A. Saeed, KPPB LAW’s DEI Strategic Counseling Partner, at their headquarters near Chicago last week!
Asker had the opportunity to connect with WGA/ESF leadership to discuss the evolving landscape of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). He also led a training session with staff about Bystander Intervention, a proactive approach to conflict resolution that helps cultivate a more inclusive and respectful workplace for all.
We love working with organizations like the WGA/ESF that are committed to creating a culture where everyone feels valued. Fun fact about the WGA/ESF: Founded in 1899, the WGA is celebrating its 125th anniversary this year. In addition to conducting six national championships for professional and amateur golfers, the WGA also oversees the Evans Scholars Foundation, which has sent more than 12,000 deserving caddies to college on full tuition and housing scholarships since 1930.
Together, we’re fostering environments where diversity thrives and inclusion leads to innovation. Looking forward to continuing this impactful journey! #DEI #InclusiveWorkplace #LeadershipInAction #WesternGolfAssociation #EvansScholars #BystanderIntervention #KPPBLAW
