eb5 2018 extension

USA EB-5 Investor Visa Deadline Extended to December 7, 2018

Date: October 1, 2018

The federal government just extended the deadline for changes to the USA EB-5 investor visa program rules from September 30 to December 7. Any foreign-based investor interested in obtaining an EB-5 investor visa, for commercial real estate interests in the United States, will benefit by starting their process now, even with the extension, before regulations change impacting requirements and quantity of available visas.
