Bankruptcy Attorney Gai Lynn McCarthy has been selected by her peers to be included among Georgia Trend magazine’s Legal Elite for bankruptcy law in Georgia. She will be listed with all the 2019 Legal Elite attorneys in the December issue of Georgia Trend magazine.

Gai Lynn specializes in Chapter 7 and 11 for debtors to protect assets, discharge debts and defend objections to discharge. Her practice includes bankruptcy litigation related to objections to discharge, reclamation, and defense of preferential transfer claims. She has been a lawyer for 30+ years and a bankruptcy attorney with KPPB LAW in Atlanta for 10 years. Gai Lynn serves as a member-at-large for the Atlanta Bar Association, Bankruptcy Law Section. She has served as the past president of the Cobb County Bar — Bankruptcy Section. She mentors law students with Chapter 7 cases and volunteers with the Legal Aid Society to provide its community with pro bono bankruptcy filings and insights into bankruptcy protection options. Congratulations Gai Lynn for this peer recognition!
