Krishna Lohiya is an associate in KPPB LAW’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. He works closely with Roy Banerjee, partner and co-founder of the firm, supporting the team’s strategic approach to complex litigation and dispute matters for business clients.
Before stepping into his role as an associate, Krishna spent two years as a law clerk with KPPB LAW’s litigation team. While completing his law degree in Atlanta, he gained hands-on experience researching legal matters for the team and contributing to the team’s case strategy.
Krishna earned his law degree with honors from Emory University School of Law, where he also served as managing editor of the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal. He holds a master’s degree in philosophy and public policy from The George Washington University, where he worked as a graduate assistant in the GWU Philosophy Department. He completed his undergraduate degree in philosophy at the University of Richmond, serving as both a speech consultant and a resident assistant.
Krishna brings a thoughtful, analytical perspective to his work and is excited to continue growing his practice at KPPB LAW. Beyond his legal interests, Krishna enjoys reading literature and history, playing the piano, and playing and watching soccer. Born in Jaipur, India, Krishna has lived in five countries and loves traveling and learning about new cultures. He is based in KPPB LAW’s Atlanta office.
