Anish Patel is a commercial real estate transactions and finance attorney with KPPB LAW’s commercial real estate practice. He works with Commerical Real Estate Partners Kirtan Patel and Samir Patel to guide retail, mixed-used and office property owners and management companies on the finance, acquisition, development, operation and disposition of commercial and residential properties. He also works with lenders, borrowers, owners and tenants in distressed real estate transactions including workouts, foreclosures, and deeds in lieu of foreclosure.
Anish joined KPPB LAW in 2020 as a law clerk before being named to associate with the commercial real estate transactions team in 2021. Previously, he served as a corporate law summer associate with a law firm in Pittsburgh. He received general corporate business experience with Instapanel Corporation.
Anish earned his law degree from Georgia State University College of Law where he active with in academic, mentorship and pro bono groups including: the Business & Law Society; Asian American Law Student Association; New Student Mentorship Program; as well as the HeLP Legal Services Clinic of the Georgia State University College of Law. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia where he served as vice president of internal affairs for Delta Epsilon Psi. He has volunteered with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and Be the Match.
Raised in Georgia, Anish speaks Gujarati and Hindi. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, South Asian Bar Association, and the Atlanta Bar Association. Anish is based in KPPB LAW’s Atlanta office.
