Nari Shin is an associate with KPPB LAW’s commercial real estate and finance team. She supports business clients with commercial real estate matters. She specializes in the refinance, acquisition and development of commercial real estate properties and assets, including CMBS (Conduit) financing and Small Business Administrations (SBA) 7(a) loans.
Before joining KPPB LAW in 2018, Nari served as a real estate attorney. She interned with a government agency, the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office — Insurance and Financial Services Division; a probate court, Norfolk Family and Probate Court; and with Fortune 500 corporations, including Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc. and BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. She was a law clerk for the Greater Boston Legal Services — Immigration Unit.
Nari is a member of the State Bar of Georgia (Real Estate Section as well as the Young Lawyers Division), the Asian Real Estate Association of America and the Georgia Asian Pacific American Bar Association. She has volunteered with the Atlanta Legal Aid Society.
She earned her law degree from Northeastern University School of Law, and her undergraduate degree in international affairs with a minor in Korean literature and language, cum laude, from the University of Georgia.
Born in Seoul, South Korea, Nari grew up in New Jersey and Georgia. She speaks Korean. When she lived in Seoul, she taught English as a second language and served as a program assistant for the Korean National Commission for UNESCO.
