Jasmyn Jackson is an associate with KPPB LAW’s litigation team. She supports the litigation team’s strategic approach to resolve real estate and dispute matters for business clients.
Before joining KPPB LAW Jasmyn served as an assistant attorney general with the Georgia Office of the Attorney General. In that role, she provided legal counsel to professional licensing boards and staff governed by the Secretary of State. She represented the State of Georgia in administrative law hearings at the Office of the State Administrative Hearings including revocation of professional licenses, cease and desist hearings and other disciplinary hearings.
Previously, she served as an assistant public defender for the Douglas County Public Defender’s Office representing criminal defendants in misdemeanor cases.
Jasmyn is a member of the State Bar of Georgia. As a volunteer, she provides pro bono services with Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation regarding landlord/tenant disputes and is a board member of HouseProud Atlanta, a non-profit organization that provides free home repairs for seniors, veterans and disabled homeowners in Atlanta.
Jasmyn earned her law degree from Georgia State University College of Law, and earned her undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Georgia. She is based in KPPB LAW’s Atlanta office.
