Denzel Batore is an associate with KPPB LAW’s litigation and dispute resolution team. He supports the litigation team’s strategic approach to resolve real estate and dispute matters for business clients.
Before joining KPPB LAW, Denzel served as a law clerk for civil litigation law firms in Warner Robins, Georgia. In his roles, he drafted pleadings, discovery, motions, and other communications for matters relating to contract disputes, construction defects, defamation, child custody and malicious prosecution.
Previously, he clerked for the Houston County District Attorney’s Office in Perry, Georgia.Under the Third Year Practice Act, he participated in criminal proceedings including commitment hearings, arraignments, bond hearings, jury selection and felony trials.
Denzel earned his law degree from Mercer University School of Law. At Mercer, he served as president of the Mercer Asian Pacific American Law Student Association and secretary of the Mercer Environmental Law Society. He earned his undergraduate degree in political science from Georgia Southern University. He is based in KPPB LAW’s Atlanta office.
