Alyson Markovich represents lending institutions in real estate and asset based loan transactions including Small Business Administration (SBA) 7(a) loans, 504 loans, and SLA loans. Additionally she represents lending institutions in conventional loans, construction loans and bridge loans. Alyson’s practice also includes representing Borrowers in obtaining SBA financing, CMBS (Conduit) financing, construction financing, bridge loans, mezzanine loans and private equity investments.
In addition to providing counsel to lending institutions, Alyson counsels business clients engaged in the refinance, acquisition, development, leasing and management of commercial properties including but not limited to hotels, franchises, gas stations, shopping centers, storage facilities, industrial facilities and restaurants.
Alyson earned her law degree from Georgia State University College of Law and her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida. She is affiliated with Commercial Real Estate Women, Georgia Bar Association, Georgia Association of Women Lawyers and the Florida Bar Association.
Alyson is admitted to practice law in Georgia and Florida.
