Ms. Bhuchar is a partner in the New Jersey office of Kumar Pathak LLP where she practices immigration law, with an emphasis on corporate immigration. Ms. Bhuchar also practices family law.

Ms. Bhuchar managed the immigration and family law practice at Pathak and Shah, LLP. Prior to this, Ms. Bhuchar worked for Merrill Cohen and Associates, a boutique Immigration Law firm in New York City, New York. It was here that Ms. Bhuchar gained her experience by working on complex corporate immigration cases and gained hands on experience with well known Fortune 500 and multi national companies. She has represented many global IT companies. Ms. Bhuchar has conducted seminars for corporate clientele to keep them well informed of the ever changing immigration laws.

Ms. Bhuchar also practices family law. She has represented clients for family law related issues such as no fault divorce, fault divorce, Settlement Agreements, Pre-nuptial Agreements, Separation Agreements, Post-nuptial Agreements, Alimony, child support, child custody, termination of parental rights, adoption, Pendente Lite applications and post divorce issues.

Ms. Bhuchar is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association. She also volunteers as legal counsel for the women's organization Manavi. Ms. Bhuchar also served as legal counsel for the Dushahra Committee in 2002.

Ms. Bhuchar earned her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall School of Law in 1999. In 1994, she earned her Bachelor of Law degree with Social Anthropology [Honors] from the University of London.
