Neel Shah, a founding partner of Kumar Pathak, LLC concentrates his practice on all aspects of Business & Property Law (including sale, acquisition, financing and leasing transactions) and Estate Planning, with clients ranging from established corporations and limited liability companies, individuals and start-up ventures.
Mr. Shah is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and Washington DC. He is a member of the Real Property, Trust and Probate section of the New Jersey State Bar Association, as well as the Middlesex County Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
In 2000, Mr. Shah earned a Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law while gaining valuable experience while serving at the Yeshiva University's Bet Tzedek Legal Services Clinic serving the legal needs of the elderly and impoverished. In 1997, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University while completing study abroad programs in Mumbai, New Delhi & Udaipur, India.
