A member of the New Jersey Bar Association and the Young Lawyers Division, Mr. Austin is admitted to practice before New Jersey State Courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Austin worked as a project engineer for a major heavy construction company headquartered in Bergen County where he worked on various projects, including projects located within the Meadowlands Sports Complex to support the Xanadu project.
Mr. Austin earned his Juris Doctorate from the Seton Hall University School of Law in 2006. During law school Mr. Austin spent a summer working in the Seton Hall Center for Social Justice Housing and Homelessness Clinic as a research assistant and student practitioner. While working in the Center for Social Justice, Mr. Austin counseled underprivileged parties on an array of matters ranging from Section 8 housing to mortgage fraud. Mr. Austin earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Pennsylvania State University, Smeal College of Business in 2002. While at Penn State, he served as president of the Undergraduate Economics Association and organized a tutoring program for lower level economics classes.
