Anshu Pathak is a partner in the New Jersey office of Kumar Pathak, LLC where he practices Corporate and Employment Law with a focus on representing small to mid-size companies in a variety of industries.

A member of the New Jersey Bar and Employment Practice Division, Mr. Pathak is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey as well as the Supreme Court of the United States.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Pathak was a founding partner at Pathak & Shah, LLP (2002 to 2008) where he built a strong Employment and Corporate practice. Before private practice Mr. Pathak served as General Counsel to MDPad, Inc. (2000 to 2002) as well as staff attorney to the Marriott Corporation. Mr. Pathak is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA), Middlesex County Bar Association (MCBA), American Association for Justice (AAJ) and the National South Asian Bar Association (NASABA).

Mr. Pathak earned a Juris Doctor from the David A. Clark School of Law in 1998. Mr. Pathak earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Minor in History from Rutgers University.
